Acústic Celler Acústic 2017 is a wine made from old vines of Garnatxa and Carinyena then aged for 11 months. This wine is dark in color, elegant blackberry, raspberry and wild herb-scented bouquet. Luscious texture with zingy acidity- a gorgeous wine!
Castillo de Mendoza Reserva 2016 is 100% Tempranillo and dominated by blackberries and raspberries with notes of licorice, well-integrated with coffee and spices, hints of cinnamon and Asian 5 spice. Full in flavor, structure and freshness. The fine, sweet tannins compliment a long, aromatic finish.
Cérvoles Garnatxa is a youthful wine that tastes like red fruit and candy. Made with whole bunches and aged in large French oak “Tonneau” of 4,000L barrels. The elevation of the vineyards and the temperature contrast in Garrigues region impacts the grape skin thickness, enabling the concentration of anthocyanins & tannins to develop and enhance acidity and quality.
