Today’s wine and wellness topic is on how to handle rejection to authentically move on without pain or resentment. It happens to all of us and it doesn’t have to throw us off course. Also in this episode is how to make a red wine, every step involved on how red wine is made, from the vineyard to the press to the bottling line and out the door. It is a process and there are a lot of choices a winemaker can make along the way. No surprise that the wine in the glass today is another Chardonnay, this time from the Mark Ryan family.
